(NYSE: SLH), announced today that it has agreed to issue and sell an aggregate of 4,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $20.00 per share in an underwritten public offering. Closing of the sale is expected to occur on or about November 19, 2008, subject to customary closing conditions. Solera has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 500,000 additional shares of common stock solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
