Cincinnati Insurance Company Selects Audatex as Its Exclusive Provider of Auto Physical Damage Estimating Software

SAN DIEGO, CA — January 7, 2008 — Solera Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SLH), the leading global provider of software and services for the automobile insurance claims processing industry, today announced that its U.S. subsidiary, Audatex, has been selected by The Cincinnati Insurance Company as its exclusive supplier of automobile physical damage estimating software. Cincinnati Insurance has deployed Audatex Estimating™ and Audatex Audit™ products to its more than 735 field claims associates.

The investment in Audatex’s technology has enabled Cincinnati Insurance to transition from a predominantly manual estimating process to a fully automated solution that streamlines estimating and audit procedures, yet provides for the high level of customer service for which the insurer is known.
